What is is the official single game suites website of the Los Angeles Chargers designed specifically for premium suite sales (e.g. luxury suites, luxury suite tickets, etc.). This website is operated by the Los Angeles Chargers and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes, the suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Los Angeles Chargers.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data.

Shopping for a Suite

How do I purchase a Los Angeles Chargers suite?

To rent a Los Angeles Chargers suite at SoFi Stadium, click on the game you wish to attend via the RENT A SUITE page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card information or by contacting the Los Angeles Chargers Premium Seating Department at 877-242-7437 ext. 4 or email us at [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Los Angeles Chargers will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be digital-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the Chargers will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into SoFi Stadium.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites are private for your group. In addition, most suite products have access to a shared club experience.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes, all suites are ADA accessible.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)
  • Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative

Is payment required in full?

As an alternative to payment in full, an initial payment of 50% is accepted. Payment in full must be received at least 30 days prior to your selected game.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be additional in-suite catering expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Chargers representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

Any catering preorders will be due 1 week prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase a suite. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will be available closer to the event date.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs" for my suite?

Yes, you may purchase additional “Standing Room Only” tickets in your suite.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into SoFi Stadium. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and SoFi Stadium)?

SoFi Stadium adheres to the NFL's Clear Bag policy which can be found here. For additional rules, please refer to the Chargers or SoFi Stadium gameday page closer to game day or contact a representative from the Chargers Premium Seating Department.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other exclusive areas of the stadium?

Your suite tickets provide access to the Club Areas at SoFi Stadium.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

VIP entrances can be found on a map on the Chargers or SoFi Stadium gameday pages closer to gameday. Your Chargers representative will share details on where to go to enter based on your suite location and where you are parking or arriving.

When does my suite open?

Suite access open 2 hours before kick-off.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite on game day?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group portions, not individually.
